Project Details
Johns of Nottingham were appointed by Vinci Construction to carry out the painting and decorating works at the Illumina Centre, Granta park. The project delivers a new purpose built EMEA headquarters and R&D building for Illumina, located in Cambridge.
Our scope of works were to decorate large office space areas which comprised of WC’s, Circulation, Atriums including all the elements such as walls, margins, frames, floors and the steel work. Johns were also tasked with using WATCO Safety Grip Cold Cure to external plant areas & Vescom Tonga vinyl wall covering to large wall areas. Specification for the walls was 1nr coat Crown drywall primer & 2nr coats of Crown Covermatt.
