This is to express my sincere thanks to you both for all your assistance in dealing with my Insurance claim. I appreciate that it turned out to be a much bigger job than originally intended which resulted in the work taking longer than envisaged. With reference to the above subsidence claim and repairs completed thru Johns of Nottingham and yourselves, I would like to thank you and your excellent staff, for all their hard work, patients and assistance, in completing the work at our home.

The work teams, have completed their work in a professional manor, under difficult circumstances, due the our home still being occupied by ourselves and two dogs, plus furniture, these conditions hindered the pace of work due to having to work around people and furniture, making life very difficult for the team to complete their work. Your team assisted me in moving, replacing furniture to enable them to complete their daily tasks, along with trying to reinstate our home, into something liveable each evening.

The decorators have done a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the finish of all my home, now it is completed.

It gives us great pleasure to be writing this letter to show our appreciation of the work carried out by members of your Company. The builders did a remarkable job to the damage to our house wall and the decorator Gary for the interior decoration. Everyone was so clean and tidy and obliging and prompt. We would like you to convey our gratitude and thanks to all the people concerned with the repair to our property.

I would like to take this opportunity to say what a pleasure it has been to work with Jonathan and his team. They are an absolute credit to your organisation and we have been very appreciative of the support they have given us through a difficult time. If you can pass that on to your management team please I would appreciate it. That comment also is true of the decorating team as well.

I just wanted to give you a further update as the work on my Mothers house is nearly completed.

The builders have underpinned the garage and rebuilt new foundations for the conservatory. The builders worked very hard during the terrible rain and storms we had in February. They were very tidy and left no mess around the house or garden. They have also re-laid the block paving on the patio around the conservatory base. You can barely tell the bricks have been moved. The conservatory was erected last week and again is a first class job.

I’d like to let everyone who’s had a share on repairing our home and decorating it etc how very grateful we both are for the lovely job you’ve made of it.
Our special thanks go to those ones who seem to us to have gone the ‘extra mile’, such as Phil, Mark and Steve especially.
