Property Maintenance - Escape of Water

Johns of Nottingham were commissioned to carry out repair works to this unique room in a well kept property. Following a leak from the upstairs shower, dryers were immediately installed to bring the water damaged timber floor joists back to a pre loss condition. Additional to this, the rear wall had to be dried enough to fit the particular tiles chosen. Once deemed dry, part of the ceiling was re-boarded and the ceiling given a full skim coat in preparation for the decoration. As you can see form the images, the tiling on the rear wall has been carried out to a impressive standard and compliments the games room nicely.
