Prime PLC - Birmingham Dental Hospital

As a result of our previously and successfully delivered works, Johns of Nottingham was engaged by Prime plc to conduct a five-year Lifecycle Condition Survey at Birmingham Dental Hospital. We produced detailed reports, mark-ups drawings, costings and a room-by-room micro programme for the site. In itself this was a massive task as the nett internal area of the site is 15,465m². Johns were awarded the contract by Integral FM to undertake the lifecycle works. The on-site works both internally and externally took 10 weeks to complete. These works involved, joinery and worktop repair, flooring repair, repainting, hygienic panelling, corner protections, crash rails and artwork. As we undertook the works overnight, the impact on the site and all stakeholders was reduced to an absolute minimum.
