Crawford & Company - Impact Damage

Following severe impact damage to this end of terrace dwelling reinstatement works commenced. The event altered the structural integrity of the building to the extent that engineers were required to assess its load bearing capability. As you can see from the associated image, Six foot long Kentledge Blocks and Acrow Props were essential to provide stability throughout the renovation. The damaged area was rebuilt to match existing and Helibar reinforcement installed were necessary. Measham bricks were sourced for the internal flooring to provide continuity as our overall objective was to ensure that the period features of this property remained intact.
