Crawford & Company - Fire Damage

This trading restaurant suffered catastrophic fire damage to the extent it was unable to remain operational. Therefore it was imperative Johns of Nottingham completed the renovation works as swiftly as possible in order to get the business back on its feet. Our schedule of works included a full strip out and reinstatement of the first floor apartment. The apartment reinstatement comprised: Full plastering works, replacement windows, the installation of wooden flooring throughout and decorating to a high standard. In terms of the sizeable restaurant located downstairs the following works took place: plastering repairs, air conditioning replacement, lighting and electrical rewiring to damaged areas. In addition to a full screed and flooring to commercial standards. The cosmetic element of the claim comprised of decorating and tiling to a very high standard as specified by the owners, resulting in this impressive restaurant once again opening to the public.
