Crawford & Company - Escape of Water

An escape of water occurred in the Kitchen area of this beautiful property causing damage to the floor area including woodwork, Kitchen units, appliances and the walls. Due to the severity of the leak a full strip out of the room was required. Our first task was to identify the leak under the floor and eliminate it. A specific drying program was installed to bring the moisture levels down to a acceptable percentage, once these processes were completed, we could begin the reinstatement works.

The customer picked a bespoke Kitchen and tiles for the floor. Prior to these items being installed we had to remove the old Kitchen, hack off existing plaster and renew including new woodwork. We were in contact with customer throughout the project, especially when the new Kitchen was to be fitted as we wanted to make sure the customer had big role within the blueprint of the Kitchen and tiled floor. The customer picked complimenting colours for the walls and woodwork to tie in nicely with the new bespoke Kitchen.

As you can see from the associated images, the work was completed to a very high standard and the customer was satisfied with the final result.
