Our portfolio accounts for over 1000 completed claims during the last three years and includes contracts from all of the UK's major insurance companies.

Repairs are carried out to the highest standards by our own directly employed operatives and affiliated approved subcontractors backed by a team of contract managers who together ensure a seamless reinstatement. All claims, regardless of scope are handled by a dedicated contract manager who will see the project through to completion. Our reinstatement division is structured to enable us to react quickly and efficiently to insured perils where damage has occurred by way of subsidence, fire, flood or escape of water. We are Dewpoint Accredited and as such offer professional water damage restoration, mitigation and the structural drying of properties. 

Market leading IT workflow solutions ensure that every stage of the process is managed and documented. This allows us to comply in full with our SLA obligations to the insurance company whilst retaining the flexibility required to provide a fast moving repair for the policyholder.

Our Surveyors are fully conversant with the systems and processes required by the insurance markets, are trained to identify uninsured damage outside of the scope of works and to ensure a commitment to Health, Safety and environmental concerns. In addition we will, of course, handle all CDM processes on behalf of our clients. The vast majority of claims we complete are to domestic properties and as such we treat our obligation to the householder seriously, there are few events as stressful or upsetting as a major insured peril at home and we understand that helping to alleviate some of the upset by providing an efficient and timely reinstatement is crucial. By their very nature a scope of works at a severely damaged property will alter throughout the term of the repair. We attach a great deal of importance to keeping the homeowner fully informed from start to finish.

Although we provide many solutions throughout the construction industry, few completions are as satisfying to us as presenting the keys of a repaired property back to the homeowner at the end of a claim.
